         Anne ADELINE-LEORINI, yoga teacher


             Anne practices the Hatha yoga, which is an

                 intense, complete and precise practice
            conceived to help you align your body, easily
          perform the poses and unclog your breath. After

            the morning meditation, salutations will follow,
            accompanied by the sound of bijas mantras,

           and then some breathing exercices to cleanse
          the energetic body and work on breath control.
           Anne will correct the asana (poses) and guide

                  each participant towards the in-depth
                           assimiliation of every pose.


          The evening practice will be based on Yin poses,

           helpful to set the body free from stress, to learn
         to slow down and let go. This energy balance will

              be achieved through meridians stimulation.


            Besides, Anne's personalized support will allow
             you to progress and gain autonomy quickly.
